Our Story

Grounded in Bangkok, focused on families

Krung Pillar was established on Langsuan Road, Pathumwan, by practitioners who recognised that family legal matters — prenuptial arrangements, separation, and parenting decisions — require a particular kind of attention. Not just legal precision, but genuine human understanding.

The name draws from the Thai word for Bangkok — Krung Thep — and the idea of a pillar: something steady and supportive during a period of change. That is what we aim to be for every family that comes through our doors.

Over the years, we have assisted Thai and international families with matters ranging from straightforward prenuptial registrations to complex cross-border custody arrangements. Our approach prioritises dialogue over dispute wherever possible, and we take care to ensure that each party feels heard and respected throughout the process.

Our Values

What guides our practice

Krung Pillar was built on the understanding that family law is not simply a technical discipline — it involves people at moments of significant personal change. Our practice is shaped by respect for each individual's circumstances, attention to the long-term wellbeing of children and families, and an honest approach to what legal processes can and cannot achieve.

We work with Thai nationals, expatriates residing in Thailand, and international parties with family connections to the country. Our team's experience with cross-border matters — including international custody arrangements and bilingual prenuptial documentation — allows us to serve a diverse client base with consistency and care.

Located in central Bangkok on Langsuan Road, our office is accessible and welcoming. Consultations are conducted in a private, neutral setting so that clients can speak freely and receive clear, considered guidance on their options.
